Below we present the answer to many of the questions that our customers frequently ask us during the process of purchasing our packaging.



What is the minimum purchase?

A: The minimum purchase of our products is 1 package.  Depending on the item, it can vary between 95 and 288 pcs.    When we send you your quote, we will indicate the number of pieces per package for that particular container.


Can I pick up my order?

A: Our business model is based 100% on e-commerce, for this reason we do not have in-store or showroom sales, so deliveries are made by parcel, so you will receive them quickly and safely at your home.


Can I request samples?

A: Sure.  Samples are subject to availability and product and shipping costs must be covered.  Once you have received your quote, you can request a container sample that best suits your needs.


What payment methods are accepted?

A:   Payments are made by electronic transfer or bank deposit in most cases .If you wish to pay by credit card, you can do using "Pay Pal" or "Mercado Pago" account.   Both platforms accept Visa, Masterd Card and American Express.


Do you have a price list?

A:   Because prices and material costs fluctuate all the time we do not offer a price list.  However, our sales team is available to offer you information quickly and based on your specific requirements through the contact form.


Are they manufacturers or distributors?

R:   Both. We also sell many products from our business partners around the world.  Our goal is to have the most extensive selection of containers to cover any need of our customers.


Can you customize my packaging?

R: Personalization is only available in metal containers from the wholesale catalog. The rest of the products must be customized by the customer.


How can I know if my product is compatible with the container?

A:  We suggest you carry out all the tests that you think are pertinent before making the purchase.  Unfortunately, due to the number of factors involved, it is not possible for us to carry out suggestions or provide compatibility guarantees.  In any case, we guarantee that absolutely all our containers are manufactured with the best materials available on the market and with the strictest quality standards.


What is your return policy?

A:   Because the product is considered contaminated once it leaves our warehouse, it is not possible to accept returns as it is not suitable for resale. Returns only apply in cases where the product does not meet the appropriate quality or is different than the  requested, in which case we will cover the shipping and replacement costs. of the product.


How soon will I receive my order?

A:   In retail purchases, the agreed delivery time is 15 days for most cases, although in practice shipments are made on average between 7 and 10 days after you make your purchase.


Can you ship earlier or can I pay for express shipping?

A:   Unfortunately it is not possible to speed up delivery times.  Every day we receive a large number of orders and all will be served in the order in which they were received.  Because many of the products are bulky or heavy (in the case of glass) we do not suggest shipments by air since the final cost of the product may increase up to 3 or 4 times as a result of the shipping cost.


Do you have products other than those shown in the catalog?

A:   No, we keep updated catalogs as soon as possible so our customers have the necessary information updated.
